Holiday spirit

I took a week off work between Christmas and New Year's, which allowed me to spend some time baking in my beautiful kitchen. Love this time of the year! Snow outside, doggies laying comfortably near by while I craft my cookie recipes.

Oatmeal cookies. Unfortunately, they turned out to be as hard as a rock. To my comment "people could soak them in warm milk" my husband just shook his head and took the matter in his own hands. Soon, we had a brand new batch of fresh and soft ones.

Pupa is sad watching the cookies go.
